Mail machine is a piece of software that sends emails. It uses the "smtp" protocol( that is: Simple Mail Transfer Protocol). It operates on the Windows operating system(Windows 98/nt /2000/xp/vista).

The Mail Machine software has an inbuilt simple database structure for storing Addressbook contents as well as other related data. This database is independent of database engines like SQL and ORACLE. It works on any windows machine with or without these database engines as long as it has the above stipulated Operating Systems.

The Mail Machine software can send single or multiple emails with or without attachments.The address book can store up to over 100 million entries but, however, there is relatively no stipulated limit on the number of emails that can be dispached by this software depending ofcourse on your Internet speed.

The user can add, delete, and view the contents of his or her's Addressbook. The GUIs of the Mail Machine software are user friendly and easy to understand.
